FA Happenings 7/10/12

The Knicks re-sign JR Smith: Smith is one of the best 6th men in the league and the Knicks got him for a bargain considering he is getting payed less than Novak. There is a player option after this year so it is possible that if Smith has a good season he will opt out for more money.
Grade: B+

Rashard Lewis to the Heat: The Heat just got a lot better with Lewis coming off of their bench. THe pressure is off of Lewis and he will produce. He will not have to play a big role and will be mostly a 3 point shooter.
Grade: B

Lou Williams to the Hawks: Lou Williams will play a big scoring role now that JOe Johnson is gone and it is a possibility that Josh Smith will also be gone. Williams should average close to 18 points per game coming off of the bench, but we will have to wait until the contract runs out to see if this is worth a high grade.
Grade: I (incomplete)
