The Broncos have signed a one year deal with guard Evan Mathis who was cut from the Eagles a couple of weeks prior. He is one of the best guards in the league and he excels at run blocking. He should be able to open up more running lanes for CJ Anderson to run through. He is a welcomed addition to the Bronco's line.
Mathis said that winning a Super Bowl was a big deal for him, which is probably why he chose the Broncos. Hopefully he does well enough for him to complete that goal.
I do like Max Garcia, but he has to become a more well rounded player. Mathis will likely only be here a year, which will give Garcia more time to develop and work on his craft. I am sure he will be the starter entering the 2016 season.
